Apple has finally revealed the successor of the iPad, iPad 2. iPad2 is having a 9.7” multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. It is sporting a front-facing and rear-facing camera. It is running on an Apple’s iOS 4.3 operating system and 1GHz dual-core A5 processor. iPad2 will be released in March, 2011.
ASUS Eee Pad Transformer
ASUS EEE Pad Transformer is an Android-powered tablet (Honeycomb), which was first unveiled at CES 2011. It is sporting a 10.1” capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 512MB RAM, 5MP rear-facing camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera and HDMI port. The tablet will be made available to consumers in second quarter of the year 2011.
HTC Flyer
HTC Flyer is a 7-inch capacitive multi-touch tablet, which was announced in February 15, 2011. Flyer is running on an Android 2.3 operating system, Gingerbread and is powered by 1.5GHz processor with 1GB RAM and 3D graphics hardware acceleration. It is sporting a 5MP autofocus, LED flash rear-facing camera and 1.3MP front-facing camera for video calling. Tablet will be launched in second quarter of this year.
