Coverage Issues

T-Mobile continuously undergoes periodic changes in their network but still, not all of their subscribers are happy with the coverage. Few customers still complain about their spotty network in few important regions.

The major players suffer a lot in the metropolitan city, where a large number of subscribers fight for the limited bandwidth. Comparatively, T-Mobile has fewer subscribers so, it becomes easy for them to manage the bandwidth as well as the signals strength efficiently. After launching 4G service the competition for the T-Mobile HSPA+ network would be few in the beginning but in the coming years, it is projected to increase, which may resulting in network congestion.

Most of the time T-Mobile customers reported voice congestion and data problems when they were near the crowded freeway or a stadium. A large section of New York and Georgia subscribers still faces issues with very limited or dead coverage. Also, there are few miles in California and Oregon where T-Mobile wireless signals are not at all available. Nevada’s mountainous region suffers many dead zones. Alaska for example does not have good coverage throughout.

Recently, some customers have reported few complaints in consumeraffair.com. They faced issue such as no signal and dropped calls on the roadside, where there was good coverage for other carriers. Few subscribers complained that the signal strength was excellent up till yesterday but, after the deployment of 4G technology they started facing problems. Some say that they never had problem since 4 long years but, as many customers were connected to T-Mobile, coverage issue started arising.

T-Mobile has always concentrated on customer excellence hence; proper measures should be implied from time to time. Nowadays even most of the African countries are offering excellent mobile Internet, why cannot America?
