Out of 1,000 points, 739 points are the industry satisfaction standard threshold. T-Mobile scored 758 points followed by 743 points by Verizon. Sprint and AT&T failed to achieve the benchmark points mainly due to their numerous complaints for their iPhone and network coverage. They scored 731 and 729 points respectively.
The survey showed that the Subscribers facing automated machine and web based applications for their issues, were unhappy whereas, the subscribers who actually spoke to the representative at the store or on phone were amongst the most satisfied customers.
