Mounting 4G WiMAX service across United States, Sprint has now taken a completely new step towards the Smartphone market by joined hands with HTC and Nokia for the new Windows Phone 7 and the Android Smartphones.

Achieving subsequent steps in the latest trend, Sprint has added surprisingly 58,000 new mobile wireless subscribers in the 2nd quarter of 2011. They have also narrowed their losses, when compared to their previous year’s losses. Not only the mobile Internet users but Sprint has added business as well as government customer base. Sprint is one of the greenest companies of America. In the 2010 green rating, Newsweek has rated it 6th in the chart.

The company has launched a series of Android Smartphones tying up with HTC and Kyocera for the dual touch Android phones with latest features supporting the newest WiMAX technology. Nearly 70 percent of the portfolio would be running on Google’s platform in the coming years. Both Nokia and Microsoft have agreed on the partnership with Sprint for the latest Smartphones.

In order to bloster with the T-Mobile’s 4G network speed, Sprint is planning to buy a wireless spectrum from Clearwire. They will be rolling out competitive 4G and data plans to gain momentum in the ultimate wireless race. In order to continue offer with competitive rates they are planning to add $10 in their unlimited data plans for Smartphone uses.

By all these moves and investing significantly Sprint mobile Internet wireless is on its way to add billions of dollars of revenue, in comming years.
